Product never arrived. After reaching out to the company they had stated the address we inputted was incorrect (it wasn't we checked the confirmation email) and advised the item was in the Royal Mail sorting office and that we should attempt to collect it ourselves. We requested the tracking information but were not provided this. Company are now refusing to refund so taking external recovery action (out of principle, not so much for the money). I would recommend people avoid this company as they are not worth the hassle.

I will never forgive these people for sending me a fake dangerous product, I contacted them asking why it all came with different BATCH CODE even BLVGARI denied it coming from them after seeing my GP. My neck is seriously messed up with RASHES and burns???? they refused a refund or care.

Read some of the negative reviews but decided to buy anyway. Bought Hugo Boss The Scent For Her Eau de Parfum 50ml Spray which was almost £20 cheaper than elsewhere.Delivery was the next day as arranged so nice and fast and the gf is extremely happy with the product. Smell great and packaging was as expected, definitely not fake as some people have been claiming.I would buy again!Thank you.

I never received my items. I was told this was delivered to my address and there was no evidence of delivery. I have being going back and forth for my refund for my items. I have spent over 200 pounds for items and still don't have anything this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and it has put me off from buying anything from this company. The customer service team is not helping and I have to contact then and none contacts you with and update.This is soo poor and I will not advise anyone to buy or use this company

How brilliant! You pay for what you want and 2 days later you get it! After two months waiting to get the same product from Onbuy.com, which never arrived, I really appreciate this service.Still, I should mention that Royal mail left the parcel by the entrance of my building without ringing my door bell even the signature was needed.

Ive read some of the reviews and have been very surprised at the bad comments made, which does concern me as my experience has been excellent. The delivery, the original packaging and the smell of the perfume is as shop bought.I ordered Jimmy Chou Original eau de Perfum and I checked all the numbers on the packaging and for all the signs that one is meant to do to check that it is legitimate, and all is correct, I'm loving it and am ordering it again through this distributing company. So please wait for another review in a few days time as I am expecting the same excellent service and original perfume at a great price. Thank you.

Bought Boss aftershave for my nephew for Christmas. Package arrived promptly and all seemed ok. Presents were duly swapped at services on the A1. On Christmas Day, I received a message from my nephew to say that he’d opened his present and there was not one drop of aftershave in the bottle. Most odd. No signs of leakage or damage when the parcel was received by me and no leakage or damage when my nephew opened his present. Sent message to customer services that same day 25th December - happy Christmas!! To cut a long story very short, my experience with customer services has been utterly appalling. My nephew and I were accused of lying and now they are saying that the 30-day return window has passed despite my contacting them immediately. whilst I was cooking Christmas lunch, to share my disappoint and embarrassment that my nephew had not received the aftershave I’d gifted him. Was it an original product? Who knows. All I do know is that I have NEVER received such appalling “service” and will NEVER use this company again. DISGUSTING. ?

Disgraceful customer service. I have been trying to get s refund on perfume that I never received but payment was taken for 13 months. Despite initially being advised that Perfume Price would set an investigation up with Royal Mail but never did so. I've chased 14 times and all I get back from them is tou had to submit a claim in 30 days which I did. No accountability and took my money. They dont care.

My item got lost in the post. I received a full refund and when the item finally arrived I was told to keep that as well. Thank you for sorting this out and I would buy from you again. Merry christmas

Bought a bottle Narciso Rodriguez For Her Eau de Parfum 100ml for my wife. After opening the packaging my wife suspected something was wrong as the lid did not close like her previous bottles. When she sprayed the perfume there was a strong burst off Alchol. We complained to the company that we felt the perfume was either off or not the real thing. My wife previously worked in perfumery in a top store. We contacted the customer service and they explained that we should continue to spray the fragrance to allow for the main notes of the perfume to come through. If we where still unsatisfied they would offer us a refund once we sent the bottle back. However we are hesitant to do this as we noticed there are several various customers who have still not had a refund after sending there perfume back. We would not recommend this company as we feel the product is definitely not authentic. We should have bought from a store and lesson learned.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! The email responses I got from there were terrible, they basically laughed at me and told me to f off. I have all proof of this via email and I have submitted them to watchdog to be boycotted as a fraud. All I want is my money back which I’m entitled to when I did not receive my goods. Last Royal Mail tracking was 29th Nov when I ordered on 27th Nov, kept saying it will be delivered soon! It’s been over a week.

Sadly will not be returning back. Have previously purchased over 25 fragrances and also recommended to others, usually arrive promptly.This time the Dunhill bottle was leaking. Opening the packaging has ruined my carpet. I contacted them to ask if I could bin this and ask for a replacement. Multiple emails back stated that I need to return the item or take a £5 refund. With more than half the bottle leaked, the latter is pittance compared to the value of fragrance lost. Despite paying for postage and packaging and Perfume Price failing to ensure this is correct, I am being asked to go to my local post office and then wait in again for the item! This is confounded by the fact I'm COVID positive and unable to leave home. To me - it would have been better customer service to ship another item and allow me to bin this leaking one. In contrast I'm offered to keep the half empty bottle and have £5 back or to continue to house this leaking bottle for 10 days and then resend! Very poor and cheeky customer service especially due to the damage to the carpet and wasted time!

Ordered Flowers perfume on the Monday and it arrived for my wife's birthday on the Thursday - no problem, no fuss.Good price and I will use this company again.
